Outdoor Worship Service

This will be our only service
Come as you are, you may stay in your car
The service will take place at the parking lot in front of St. Paul’s Center. The altar will be at Atrium gate next to gallery entrance. (see photo below).
Social Distancing: We are required to maintain six feet of separation at all times. This includes when we arrive, during the service, entering the building to use the restroom, and after the service.
- Members of one family members and those living in the same household do not need to socially distance from each other.
- If you are going to sit in a chair you have brought, please sit in the designated area. The ushers will direct you.
- Please make every effort to respect this guideline and oversee your children. Greeters will assist with seating areas and social distancing.
Hand sanitizer: Individual hand sanitizers will be distributed and will be available at all events.
Offerings: We encourage electronic giving or mailing your offerings to the church office.If you do have an offering to give, there will be an offering box available on a table as you drive out.
Communion: Will be served (bread and wine) in prepackaged kits.
Fellowship Opportunity: Once the service has ended, members will be asked to exit through the Allison Street gate. For those not attending the in-person service, you may join us via Zoom.
Cancellation due to weather: In the event of rain, we will send out an email announcement and transition to a Zoom service.
Covenant for Regathering: The Episcopal Diocese of Washington requires that each adult parishioner sign and return the EDOW Covenant for Regathering, by emailing it to the church office at [email protected].org. Should you have any problems downloading the covenant form, please call the church office at 202-726-2080. By signing, attendees agree to the rules for attending our services and what you will need to participate.
