Supporting Our Friends in Cuba

Last year Bishop Griselda Delgado del Carpio, Bishop of Cuba, visited St. Paul’ and presented us with another opportunity to minister beyond our walls, Bp. Griselda talked about the work of the Episcopal Church in Cuba and thanked us for our prayer and support. She then asked if St. Paul’s would partner with a congregation in San Miguel.A team of parishioners is exploring forming a partnership with the Church of Santa Maria in San Miguel. This partnership would include, but not limited to, fostering opportunities for building meaningful relationships with Cuban Episcopalians, worshiping together, annual trips to the island, and donating a water filtration system to the church that would provide fresh water to people of San Manuel.Saint Paul’s is committed to helping the Episcopal Church in Cuba.
You can get involved by:

- Pray for the Episcopal Church of Cuba, their bishop, Griselda, and our parish in Santa Maria.
- Go to Cuba! Our next trip is tentatively scheduled for June of 2020.
